The Fairlawn Hotel is a grade 2 listed fine Georgian townhouse, conveniently situated in the small historical market town of Amesbury just off the a303. We are only about 40 miles from the lovely Roman city of Bath and about 60 miles from the outskirts of London, making Amesbury an ideal stopover for those travelling to the West Country, Devon and Cornwall. The house still retains many of the original features including a wonderful curved staircase and a rare internal wind vane. Over the last year the present owners have restored the house to some of its original glory and have completely refurbished the lounge and bar area, providing a beautiful and comfortable area for guests to relax in and browse through the library of guidebooks and local tourist information.
